I am a Data Leader with a track record of transforming organizations from traditional, "gut feel" origins, into robust, data-led organisations that understand their own information and can interact with it on a 'human' level. With a background spanning Aero-Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, and AI, I bridge the gap between technical complexity and bottom-line business value.
I'm a passionate, hands-on teacher of data architecture, engineering and analytics, as well as having a deep-rooted desire to "organise". My ideal project is getting the opportunity to set organisational strategy around data, and then bring it to life - engaging the organisation and highly-performant technical skillsets, and then tying those to the overall organisational vision.
On the side, I'm a bona fide nerd. From 3D-printing custom gaming controllers, to analyzing F1 telemetry, from building robots to messing around trying to build this website - I'm always tinkering. I love sport, music, chess, and more or less anything else that piques my interest.
